Artist Guarantee
Each work of art is one of a kind. Each offering is an original and hand signed. Alison Eads does not make production pieces.
Shipping
Orders will be received within 7 business days (unless otherwise communicated). When you provide your email address during the ordering process, you will receive a confirmation email and a notification when your order is shipped. In the event of a delay you will be notified. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. For most purchases, please calculate charges separately for each delivery address. Some oversized orders have additional shipping charges.Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling, and shipping. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
All purchases shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must ship via air service, additional charges apply. After you place your order, we will calculate the shipping charges, add them to your order, and charge your credit card accordingly.
We package all art with the utmost attention and care, and we trust our shipping partners care for them as well. Nevertheless accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at 207-510-1341.
Express Shipping
We can expedite your order for $35 or 25% whichever is greater.
International Shipping
Please contact us for quotes on shipping outside of the U.S. Customers are responsible for international duties and taxes, which are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Returns
It is our hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If in any event you need to return the art, we offer a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.Please contact us before sending the item back to Nouveau Studio, LLC.
Returns must be in their original, salable condition and packaging, and include receipt. Handle carefully. Your return must be shipped pre-paid in order for us to accept it. You are responsible for artwork damaged in return transit. If you are returning an item because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, Nouveau Studio will pay the return-shipping costs.
You will receive a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of Nouveau Studio receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. Gift recipients will receive a gift certificate. You will be credited for the price of the artwork minus shipping costs. Nouveau Studio does not give credit for shipping and handling costs. We will notify you of the status of your return by email if you provided an email address at the time you placed your order.
Give the Gift of Art
The Nouveau Studio gift card arrives in a gift envelope with your message. Available in any denomination, sales tax and standard shipping charges do not apply. Gift Certificates are redeemable online only.

Nouveau Studio can help you commission custom works made especially for you. If you're interested in a custom piece, browse the site for items of a similar style or contact Alison with your specific interest. Once you have an idea of the specific design elements you want, as well as the cost of similar items, please contact Nouveau Studio to submit a project proposal. Sales Tax
Nouveau Studio, LLC is based in the region of Portland, Maine. According to state and federal tax rules, sales tax is required on any item shipped to a Maine address.
